Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to provide vital support to our HR Manager in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The HR Assistant will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, supporting HR initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screenings, and interview scheduling.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Manage day-to-day employee inquiries and escalate complex issues to the HR Manager when necessary.
- Help with benefits administration, payroll adjustments, and tracking leave requests.
- Organize and facilitate employee training sessions and professional development programs.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation as needed by the HR Manager.
- Contribute to employee engagement efforts, including planning and coordinating events.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance across HR practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative support role is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude.
- Bilingual – English and Mandarin Preferred.
