Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to provide vital support to our HR Manager in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The HR Assistant will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, supporting HR initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screenings, and interview scheduling.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Manage day-to-day employee inquiries and escalate complex issues to the HR Manager when necessary.
  • Help with benefits administration, payroll adjustments, and tracking leave requests.
  • Organize and facilitate employee training sessions and professional development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation as needed by the HR Manager.
  • Contribute to employee engagement efforts, including planning and coordinating events.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance across HR practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative support role is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • Bilingual – English and Mandarin Preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
