Position: Retail Test Lead
Location: Onsite Indianapolis IN
Duration: 12 months
Job Description:
Must have skills:
10-12 years of overall testing experience with 3-5 years of lead experience
Experience working with the offshore team and teams from different time zones.
Experience in test coordination with cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies
Experience in the Retail domain specifically supply chain, order management, and warehouse management
Thorough knowledge of Databases, APIs. Automation testing support for offshore
Test Management Tools
Experience in Agile methodology
JIRA/ Confluence
Key Responsibilities:
Providing Thought leadership in the testing space
Creating Test Strategies and Test Plans
Leading and mentoring offshore team
Creating/ Reviewing Test scenarios and test cases
Managing Test Execution, defects, and test reporting
Maintaining test data and documentation
Coordinating and communicating with Stakeholders
Working closely with the development and support teams
Participating in scrum meetings and ceremonies
Soft Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good oral and written communication
