Counters sales, field work, equipment and tool usage all part of the job. A minimum of 5 years construction experience desired. Work hours are Monday to Friday with occasional night and weekends to meet at the convenience of the customer. Salary dependent on experience and qualifications. Health, dental and visions insurance begin after 30 days of employment, 401(k), vacation and holiday pay after one year of service. This job includes interaction with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to estimate and sell the project; as well as construction crews to complete the project on time. Material delivery, scheduling of carpenters and subcontractors, job progress checks and customer billing are all part of the duties associated with this position.
