We are looking for a new Chief Financial Officer reporting out of our Cincinnati corporate office to take us to the next level!

Position Summary
Directs the financial activities of the organization either personally or through subordinate supervisors in the credit and collections, payables, accounting, IT, and HR departments.
Essential Functions

- Administers effectively over the human resources, financial management, and IT departments.
- Develops, implements, and monitors fiscal and accounting policies and procedures.
- Oversees receipt, disbursement, banking, and protection and custody of funds.
- Oversees management and maintenance of the general ledger.
- Prepares financial reports which summarize and forecast business activity and financial position.
- Serves as the primary liaison with banks, financial consultants, and government agencies.
- Directs the preparation of budgets.
- Creates financial management structures and processes to manage the company’s current activities and projected growth.
- Plans, directs, and coordinates risk and insurance programs.
- Ensures a cooperative working relationship exists between Finance Management and other company departments.
- Participates on the company’s senior management team.
- Ensures that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.

Supervisory Responsibility
The Chief Financial Officer manages all finance, accounting, human resources, and IT team members. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these members.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university with a major in Accounting and at least fifteen years of related experience and/or training.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this position, he/she is in an office setting, but is occasionally exposed to our branch showrooms, warehouses and open-air areas.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and regular days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Additional days and hours may be required due to business needs.
Travel
While the Chief Financial Officer works out of the Corporate Office, he/she will travel to branches, customers and events as needed. Travels to yearly conferences and meetings. Must possess a valid drivers’ license and have a reliable vehicle for travel.
