We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant to help grow our property management team. The Administrative Assistant ensures the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet visitors and screen incoming calls
- Assist tenants with inquiries and dispatch out as needed
- Prepare and maintain leasing files
- Compose and type emails and/or letters in correspondence with tenants
- Handle and distribute office correspondence as needed
The successful candidate will be professional, organized, and detail oriented. The ability to type proficiently and write a business letter and email is required. Someone who has experience in bookkeeping or other business/financial setting is a plus. We’re looking for someone wanting to grow with us, so a strong work ethic, accountability, and a willingness to learn is essential to this position.
