Job Summary :
The Sr. Applications Manager Director will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications that support the back-office functions of the broker-dealer, including trading operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications that support the back-office functions, including trading operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, including .NET, Java, and Angular / React.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize application development needs.
- Manage the deployment and maintenance of applications, including CI / CD pipelines and release management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide technical expertise and support for application-related issues and incidents.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
- Develop and manage budgets for application development and maintenance.
- Collaborate with other teams, including operations, risk, and compliance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage the development and maintenance of EDM (Enterprise Data Management) applications, including Security Master and customer account setups.
- Oversee the development and implementation of SharePoint solutions, including custom development, workflows, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
- Manage the integration and maintenance of Indox, a legal contract document repository.
- Ensure seamless integration of applications with other systems, including trading platforms, risk management systems, and compliance systems.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $193K - $243K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and / or incentive compensation.
