Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 1 year of experience assisting individuals with mental health and intellectual disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance with daily schedule and activities
- Monitor behaviors and treatment plan goals
- Support individuals with coping skills and daily living
- Assist with developing social and interpersonal skills
Experience
- Prior experience with mental health and intellectual disabilities (1 year required)
- Knowledge of different disabilities preferred
- Familiarity with coping skills preferred

Pay: $15.00 per hour
