What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Technician position at Muir Wood Adolescent & Family Services?
The Facilities Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, property structures and grounds, in addition to replacing, maintaining and managing inventories of all relevant supplies and any other buildings and grounds needs as they arise. This position will report to Director of Operations.
- Collaborate with Director of Operations in the prioritization and status of project management items (Trello)
- Manage key control and inventory through out facilities
- Maintain as well as repair general buildings and grounds needs as they arise
- Maintain, manage and resupply property general supplies and maintain working inventories. This includes but is not limited to: Cleaning Supplies, tools required for maintenance
- Act as point of contacts for all vendors
- High school diploma/GED required
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
- Experienced in operating a variety of equipment and tools
- Able to work well with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
- Effective communication with peers and able to provide direction
Pay Range for this position is $30.00-$32.00 per hour
