Recruiting Responsibilities :
Provides support in assisting team members with on-site interviews
Drafts and presents offers to candidates
Generates New Hire Paperwork
Partners with Hiring Managers to complete New Hire Orientation
Human Resources Responsibilities :
Champion company culture and values by developing and implementing initiatives and recognition programs.
Implement strategies to maintain high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
Counsel campus employees on performance concerns in partnership with Department Leaders, Administrator, and the Director of Human Resources
Partners with Atrium Corporate HR team on terminations
Maintain employee evaluations calendar and schedule evaluations when due
Maintaining Employee files
Qualifications :
High School diploma or GED required, Associate degree preferred
2 to 4 years of Human Resources experience
Recruitment experience (preferred)
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Relate positively and favorably to residents and families
Positive Can-Do Attitude
