Work Schedule: Full-time/Hourly 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday. Overtime must be pre-approved.
Work Environment and Physical Demands: This position operates in a professional office and warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and various applications and tools. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, see, and/or hear. This is largely a moving position that requires walking, bending, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 50lbs.
Job Summary:
The Inventory/Warehouse Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and ensuring that all materials are properly stored, tracked, and documented. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties.
- Verify incoming material for identification, count, and condition against packing slips.
- Report discrepancies and damages to delivery Driver and Purchasing Manager upon discovery for resolution.
- Mark special order material with job numbers.
- Create Purchase Orders.
- Conducts physical monthly inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.
- Report all unused signage material after job completion monthly to Purchasing Manager and Sign Manager.
- Ensure correct certifications are received and entered in Google Drive.
- Scan all delivery tickets to Purchasing Manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Qualifications
- 1 years of experience working in Inventory/Warehouse.
- Education: High School Diploma required.
- Experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Proficient in mathematics
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and related Microsoft Office products.
