Position Overview:
As a Greeter Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers as they arrive, assist them with their needs, and ensure they feel valued and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor. Assist customers in checking in and out of the service department. Answer basic inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a clean and organized waiting area. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required. Must be available to work Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
