Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from initiation to closure ensuring adherence to timelines and expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, deliverables, etc.
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute project tasks effectively and drive project success.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues or roadblocks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Design and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gain buy-in for process changes and drive successful implementation across the organization.
- Evaluate technology solutions and tools to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Support the implantation of new systems or upgrades, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of new systems.
- Develop training materials, resources, and programs to build capacity and competency within the organization.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to employees at all levels, both individually and in group settings.
- Assess training effectiveness and continuously refine training approaches based on feedback and outcomes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and inform decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Use data-driven approaches to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement across various aspects of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficient in M365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience in the construction industry preferred.
