Job Summary

Viadcut is hiring for Multerer Law Firm: Multerer Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, and proactive Paralegal to join our legal team. This role will provide essential support to our attorneys in handling personal injury cases, including managing case files, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and communicating with clients. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-driven, and able to handle multiple tasks with efficiency, while maintaining a customer-first mindset to support our clients during challenging times. Prior experience in litigation or personal injury law is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case management and preparation for litigation, particularly in personal injury matters such as auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, slips and falls, construction accidents, wrongful death, and other injury-related cases.
• Conduct legal research, analyze case materials, and summarize findings for attorney review.
• Draft, transcribe, and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other filings.
• Maintain and organize case files and documentation to ensure easy access and efficient retrieval.
• Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, experts, and other parties involved in the case, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Assist in the preparation of cases for trial, including preparation of exhibits, witness lists, and discovery responses.

Qualifications

• Experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal administrative role preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures related to personal injury or litigation is a plus.
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and professional legal documents.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with data entry and document management systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Customer service experience a plus, as we prioritize compassionate, client-focused communication.
