What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Supervisor position at Multi Air Services Engineers, Corp. (MASE)?
Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures.
- Planning contract quality controls required by the Quality Control Plan and contract requirements.
- Communicating contract-specific quality requirements to all affected departments, subcontractors and suppliers, and customers.
- Monitoring the progress of activities.
- Identify quality problems.
- Ensuring that the Quality Control Plan is maintained.
- Reporting to senior management on the performance of the Quality Control Plan, including needed improvements.
- Controlling corrective actions.
- Verify implementation of corrective actions and preventive actions.
- Will be responsible for overseeing all preventive maintenance work related to HVAC and electrical equipment as described on the asset list preventive maintenance plan.
- Responsible for executing daily tours to ensure its building is operational.
- Responsible for responding to urgent tenant or other related issues and coordinating resolution with its colleagues.
- Responsible for completing work orders / preventive maintenance checklists related to HVAC.
- Stop work when continuing work may adversely affect quality or cover up a defect.
- Prevent the use of equipment or materials that may adversely affect quality or cover up a defect.
- To direct the removal and replacement of any non-conforming work, equipment, or material by MASE, any subcontractor, or any supplier.
- Suspend work and/or supply of materials by any staff member, subcontractor personnel, or supplier as deemed necessary to assure quality results.
Salary per hour: $40.00 $4.57 Health & Welfare Contribution = $44.57

Requirements:
- Electrician License 07 IS A MUST
- Possess at least five years of recent (within the past seven years) experience in the management and supervision of building mechanical operations and maintenance for buildings of the approximate size, complexity, and characteristics of the buildings to be covered by this contract.
- Will work on, operate, maintain, and (or) repair HVAC equipment or systems and will maintain 16 hours of continuing education from either a NATE, HVAC Excellence or UA Star-recognized provider program.
