Responsibilities:
- Complete resident work orders promptly.
- Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.
Qualifications:
- EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II) preferred
- CPO preferred
- 2 years minimum experience in Maintenance in multi-family residential
- Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation)
