POSITION: Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
- Complete resident work orders promptly.
- Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.
- Efficiently maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas
Qualifications:
- EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II) Preferred
- CPO preferred
- 2 years' experience in multi-family maintenance
