As a Regional Manager , you will oversee operations, drive efficiency, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and collaboration across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities of the Regional Manager
Customer Interaction
- Actively resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic visits to customer locations to uphold service standards.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Partner with the Sales Team on project coordination and new product / service rollouts.Work with Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to optimize account management.Monitor customer profitability, including revenue, margins, and product substitutions.Improve delivery routing for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Operational Responsibilities of the Regional Manager
Service & Installation Management
Oversee new installations, removals, and service calls, ensuring accurate documentation.Track completion of scheduled service calls and address unresolved issues promptly.Inventory & Equipment Management
Maintain stock levels for products, parts, and equipment.Conduct cycle counts and reconcile truck inventory.Manage product transfers and report discrepancies.Ensure proper tagging and tracking of equipment.Employee Management
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and compliance with HR policies.Conduct performance reviews and enforce company policies.Monitor employee workload, overtime, and timekeeping using Paylocity and Samsara software.Ensure driver safety policy compliance and review incident reports.Fleet Management
Schedule routine vehicle maintenance and necessary repairs.Assign vehicles efficiently and ensure Samsara software functionality.Requirements
