What are the responsibilities and job description for the Print Operations Coordinator position at Multi-location Owner?
The Print Operations Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all retail customers, packing and processing shipments, and managing and producing graphics and print orders. This individual will operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminators, and cash registers, and advise our valued customers on products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information on products and services to customers
- Pack and process shipments safely and efficiently
- Manage and produce graphics and print orders
- Operate office equipment and software
You should have at least one year of customer service experience, one to two years of experience in a print production/graphic design role, or a two-year degree in graphic design or a related field. You should also have experience with Microsoft Office and be able to lift 40 pounds.
