Job Overview
The Customer Success Project Manager (CSPM) plays a crucial role in the onboarding process of new accounts, working closely with the VP of Business Development. As a liaison between newly onboarded customers and internal teams within Multi-Pak, the CSPM ensures seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage product launches, including creation of project timelines, documentation setup, customer open order report management, sales forecasting, and overall project execution from inception to delivery.
- Coordinate pre-market testing and packaging trials, outlining project scope, working with procurement for component availability, and communicating results with stakeholders.
Account Transition and Onboarding:
The CSPM successfully transitions onboarded accounts to the Emerging Business Marketing Group within the Marketing Department. This involves continuous onboarding of new accounts and transition as needed, working alongside the VP of BD in quoting new opportunities and setting up meetings with vendors.
Requirements:
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and pivot when necessary.
- Confident in speaking with clients, leading client calls, and motivating team members across departments.
- Strong analytical skills, eagerness to learn market trends, industry news, and competitor information.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
- Industry or related experience preferred.
- Ability to travel/visit clients off-site (10% travel required).
Reporting Relationship:
The CSPM reports directly to the VP of Business Development, with no managerial responsibilities.
Physical/Mental Demands:
The CSPM must remain in a stationary position for 80% of the workday.
