Position Overview:

Multiax Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to forge strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Engineer at Multiax Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a deep understanding of Multiax Technologies's products and services.
  • Communicate product features and benefits effectively to potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to enhance overall sales performance.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.
  • Sales Presentations:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Address client concerns and objections with professionalism and confidence.
  • Quotation and Proposal Creation:
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing or machining industry.
  • Strong understanding of multi-axis machining technology and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
