Product Champion – Access Control Hardware: “Work Hard, Play Hard, Have Fun”

Multicard, established in 1999, is one of the Southwest’s largest and leading identification, tracking, security, and services integrator, with a Regional Office in Denver, CO. We are actively recruiting for a Colorado Area Sales Professional interested in championing a cutting-edge locking hardware system that eliminates the need for brass keys. This role demands a proactive approach, focusing on cold calling, prospecting, and converting new leads into long-term customers. The ideal candidate will embody a "hunter" mindset, demonstrating strong work ethic, technical acumen, and an engaging personality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential customers for new and existing facilities requiring advanced locking solutions.
  • Cold Calling & Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to prospects, initiate conversations, and maintain consistent follow-up to nurture leads.
  • Sales Process Adherence: Follow the established sales process to ensure a structured approach to customer engagement and conversion.
  • Product Articulation: Clearly communicate the benefits of the product, focusing on how it enhances security, reduces costs, and eliminates the need for traditional keys.
  • Customer Qualification: Assess potential customers’ needs and determine their suitability for the product.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the sales team to share insights, support collective goals, and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,865.00 - $83,033.00 per year
