FTE:0.75, Shift: nights, Schedule: 12 hour shifts rotating weekends
Position Summary
The LPN I Pulse Heart Institute Float is an ideal role for those looking to work in team collaboration providing support to the Pulse Clinic. Together, you and a skilled team will provide high-quality care and services focused on the comfort and well-being of patients and families. As a float employee, you will additionally travel between a variety of locations, offering you a range of work environments and staff collaborations.Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS)
- Current BLS Certification
- ACLS within 3 months of hire
- Three (3) years of experience preferred
- Current experience in assigned specialty
- Current Washington state driver's license and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $26.47 - $43.74 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
