Location : Holyoke, MA Shift Available : Afternoons / Evenings / Weekends
Responsibilities : Seeking experienced individual interested in supporting a twelve year old boy with autism to assist in making community connections, facilitate social engagement and maximize his independence in performing daily living skills. Candidate must be a self-starter, creative, enthusiastic and an effective communicator. Candidate will need to understand and implement Positive Behavioral Supports, work well with families and demonstrate good organizational skills. Candidate must be responsible, reliable, and patient. Pay Rate : $20 / hr.- Contingent on education and level of experience.
Responsibilities : Seeking experienced individual interested in supporting a nineteen-year-old young man with autism to assist in making community connections, facilitate social engagement and maximize his independence in performing daily living skills. Candidate must be a self-starter, creative, enthusiastic and an effective communicator. Candidate will need to understand and implement Positive Behavioral Supports, work well with families and demonstrate good organizational skills. Candidate must be responsible, reliable, and patient. Pay Rate : $18-$22 / hr.- Contingent on education and level of experience.

Candidate must be a self-starter, creative, enthusiastic and an effective communicator. Candidate will need to understand and implement Positive Behavioral Supports, work well with families and demonstrate good organizational skills. Candidate must be responsible, reliable, and patient. Pay Rate : $18-$22 / hr.- Contingent on education and level of experience.
Required Qualifications :
- Candidate must be able to pass a CORI and fingerprinting check
- Have reliable transportation and have a good driving record.
- Candidate must be 18 years or older and have direct experience working with individuals ages 6-22 years old.
- Must have a high school diploma.
Preferred Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree, Training in Positive Behavioral Support Interventions
Requirements : Must have valid driver’s license & vehicle. Staff must be dependable
