Pay Range: $50,000 - $55,000

Requirements
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify eligibility of the candidate to test by adhering to service and civilian policies.
- Maintain and prepare course materials.
- Schedule a qualified candidate to test.
- Coordinate use of space, tools, and equipment for testing.
- Confirm test day, time and location with the candidate via email or Government LMS system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma and 2 years professional or academic experience.
- Four (4) years in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g. EXCEL, Word and Power Point) and have basic application trouble-shooting skills.
- Have two (2) years of documented experience in a customer service environment.
