Exciting opportunity for a hands-on Technical Business Systems Analyst to join our thriving company in Kansas City! This onsite role involves actively supporting technological upgrades and implementations, with a focus on department-level systems and initiatives. You'll be directly involved in project coordination, implementing technical solutions for business process improvements, and providing systems support for Microsoft-based tools, SAP, and CRM applications. This position requires a strong technical aptitude, including programming skills and experience in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems. Time Utilization: This position may travel internationally up to 10%. Normal business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The schedule needs to be flexible to accommodate internal and external customer schedules. Provide after-hours support as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Project Support and Business Process Improvement
- Support the review and improvement of business processes by collecting requirements and use cases, and proposing practical IT solutions.
- Assist with project coordination from planning to implementation, supporting needs assessments and tracking deliverables.
- Participate in identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation in the IT environment.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Contribute to alignment between local IT teams and Corporate IT strategy through regular communication and coordination.
- Work with external vendors and international colleagues on task-level coordination, timelines, and delivery.
- Operational Systems Support
- Provide 1st level user support and contribute to the maintenance and development Microsoft-based tools, and other core applications like SAP.
- Assist with SharePoint environments, EDI solutions, and PowerApps-based tools as needed.
- Support the use of Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone functionality, and learn to provide assistance with Luware or similar contact center tools.
- Learning and Growth
- Take initiative in expanding technical knowledge, including emerging topics like AI and C4C (Cloud for Customer).
- Contribute to the development and coordination of the Americas IT hub.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field and five years of experience creating, planning, and executing BA projects; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Project management experience also required.
Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.
Math Ability: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems through logical, deductive reasoning and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office365, MS-SQL, and SharePoint. Strong working knowledge of ERP systems; IT infrastructures, system environments, and architectures (multi-server, multi-database environments) required. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, MS-SQL, and SharePoint. Experience with CRM application configuration and customization. Preference for fluency in the Microsoft environment, including experience with PowerApps development.
Certificates and Licenses: Current valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a passport for travel as required by the position.
