The Opportunity
Overview
- This is a Part time, FTE .50, Limited Duration position that may last for six (6) months*
Key Responsibilities
Data and Record Maintenance
- Prepare documents for scanning using various identifiers such as program, clinician, client name, and document type.
- Review documents for accurate client identifiers and ensure they meet EHR documentation standards.
- Create, type, and proofread documents from various sources, including composing correspondence and memoranda.
- Coordinate, compile, and prepare data for reports using spreadsheets, databases, and presentation applications.
- Maintain both manual and computerized record-keeping systems, including retrieving information and applying retention guidelines.
- Process forms, notices, orders, and materials required for program functions, applying relevant policies and procedures.
- Provide general assistance to the Quality Management Team, Records Team, and Decision Support Unit personnel.
- Offer clerical support in person, via email, or by phone.
- Technical Savvy: You're comfortable with various software programs and eager to learn new ones. You enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and finding innovative solutions.
- Organizational Excellence: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease. Your ability to prioritize and manage deadlines is second to none.
