Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Administrator to join our dynamic team in the landscape construction industry. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage administrative functions, and support strategic planning initiatives to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our projects and business.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding and demonstrating The Five Pillars at Munaco Landscape at all times. Five Pillars include: (1. Customer Service, 2. Quality, 3. Professionalism, 4. Efficiency, 5. Pride)
- Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures specific to the landscape construction industry.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external communication, including correspondence, reports, and presentations related to project timelines, budgets, and client updates.
- Handle budgeting and financial planning, including monitoring project expenses, job costing, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to align operational goals with project milestones and company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and industry standards in landscape construction.
- Analyze data to create actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve project outcomes.
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and project management tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Or enough knowledge and understanding to compensate no degree.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the landscape construction or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of business management principles, financial practices, and operational procedures specific to construction or landscaping.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with business management and construction software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
