Position Summary: We are seeking a Drafter to join our team in Fixtur3d, a division of Mundo-Tech, Inc. As a Drafter, you will play a crucial role in converting designs into accurate technical plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your responsibilities will include liaising with architects and engineers, calculating dimensions and material specifications, and ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers to gather product and structural requirements
- Calculate dimensions, weight limitations, and material requirements
- Create detailed designs using Fusion 360
- Prepare diagrams, maps, and layouts to illustrate workflow
- Review rough sketches with the engineering team
- Identify potential operational issues
- Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
- Create manuals describing product operation, features, and maintenance
- Use precision measurement equipment to compare product to model
Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Drafter
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools
- Strong math skills
- Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of building processes
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Auto Cad , Fusion, modeling software experience a plus; FDM and DMLS experience preferred
