Muneris Benefits with locations in Roanoke and Narrows is looking for a full-time customer service representative for our Medicare clients. Our Medicare book of business continues to grow daily, and we need a special person who enjoys working with Baby Boomers, has compassion and empathy for this special group of clients. The job is for our Narrows location.
Primary duty is to support our Medicare clients by performing the following tasks:
- Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
- Ensuring that the client is satisfied with the products recommended
- Handling policy issues and claims inquiries
- Escalating inquiries and concerns when necessary
- Work with the Muneris Sales Team for the service handoff
- Follow up with new clients in 30/60/90 days by phone and/or email to check on their coverage and satisfaction
While the position will involve on-the-job training, entry level customer service representatives can start with no prior experience. An insurance background or an understanding of the Medicare options would be a plus. Competitive benefits package and quarterly bonus potential.
