We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to be the first point of contact with our customers! This role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Greet and assist customers and visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service or receptionist experience, preferably in a home services or similar industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or scheduling software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
