We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Services Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in developing, administering, and managing construction projects, space planning, sustainability, and MAC programs within our department. Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will:
- Manage and administer outsourced vendors in areas such as construction, maintenance, sustainability, health & wellness, and related fields.
- Ensure vendors meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Serve as the department representative for the national program
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal staff, vendors, location administration, maintenance, and security personnel.
- Collect and assemble environmental data from regional offices for submission in monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Workplace Services:
- Interface with our Financial Services department to manage budget creation, tracking, review, and submission of invoices, as well as reconciliation.
- Provide construction and maintenance project management services.
- Ensure compliance, audit, and risk management processes are followed.
- Manage REFM budget and actuals and generate reports as required.
- Provide Work Experience support to various teams and business units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Real Estate, Business, Construction Management, etc.)

Experience with:
- Archibus
- CAD/CAFM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Facilities Management)
- Project Management
- Budgeting and financial analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate complex projects, and drive process efficiencies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
