The Opportunity
The Analytics Intern will experience the day-to-day life of a corporate data scientist, and will see the process of an analytics project. The intern will likely see all phases of a technical data project, including:

The Opportunity
The Analytics Intern will experience the day-to-day life of a corporate data scientist, and will see the process of an analytics project. The intern will likely see all phases of a technical data project, including:
- Discussing and innovating on methodological decisions
- Executing the methodology using technical code (likely in SQL, R, or Python)
- Aggregating, organizing, and interpreting results (likely in Excel and Power BI)
- Creating visuals and presentations to communicate findings to a broader audience
- Assist the analytics team in a projects involving quantitative financial concepts and statistical modeling
- Apply data engineering principals to help operationalize processes that have been developed
- Create visuals that can be presented to wider audiences
- Collaborate and contribute to a team environment
- Preferred Majors: Data Science, Quantitative Finance, Data Engineering
- Accepted Grade Levels: undergraduate rising sophomores, juniors and seniors.
- Basic coding skills in SQL, Python, Git and/or R
- Experience with Excel
- An ability and a desire to effectively communicate and work with others
