The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Services Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in developing, administering, and managing construction projects, space planning, sustainability, and MAC programs within our department. If you have a passion for managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating complex projects, and driving process efficiencies, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, you will:

  • Manage and administer outsourced vendors in areas such as construction, maintenance, sustainability, health & wellness, and related fields.
  • Ensure vendors meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Serve as the department representative for the national program
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal staff, vendors, location administration, maintenance, and security personnel.
  • Collect and assemble environmental data from regional offices for submission in monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.


Workplace Services:

  • Interface with our Financial Services department to manage budget creation, tracking, review, and submission of invoices, as well as reconciliation.
  • Provide construction and maintenance project management services.
  • Ensure compliance, audit, and risk management processes are followed.
  • Manage REFM budget and actuals and generate reports as required.
  • Provide Work Experience support to various teams and business units.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Real Estate, Business, Construction Management, etc.)
  • Experience with:
    • Archibus
    • CAD/CAFM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Facilities Management)
    • Project Management
    • Budgeting and financial analysis
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate complex projects, and drive process efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
