Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER of the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER. Responsibilities You will guide management in effectively implementing planning efforts for current and future performance requirements. You will serve as a senior advisor to management and executive leadership on developing and implementing strategic plans in support of achieving the program objectives. You will plan and develops new processes or metrics, and coordinates with support activities that cross organizational lines. You will formulate, interpret, and communicate long-range and short-term goals, principles, policies, and objectives for delegated services and programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : 1) Developing program management and acquisition strategies, goals, and objectives to address current and next-generation systems and materials; 2) Ensuring proper planning, programming, and budgeting supports inventory acquisition objectives;3) Ensuring programs meet execution goals and milestones related to expenditures, trends, and results; 4) Planning, coordinates, and oversees major initiatives.
