Manufacturing Assembler
Job Description Summary
MES is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler that is responsible for assembling parts and components to create our complete product line of breathing air compressors, charge stations & storage solutions. This role will work in a fast-paced environment, using various tools to assemble products according to specific production designs.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics
· Assemble components accurately and efficiently using hand tools or machinery
· Inspect finished products for defects or malfunctions
· Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Always follow safety guidelines and protocols
· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
· Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly
· Suggest process improvements for increased efficiency
· Always adhere to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
· Prior experience as a Manufacturing Assembler or similar role preferred
· Familiarity with assembly techniques, tools, and equipment
· Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
· Dexterity and good hand-eye coordination for precise assembly tasks
· Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
· Able to work effectively in a team environment
· Basic math skills for measurements and calculations as needed
· Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
· Awareness of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
