What are the responsibilities and job description for the Law Clerk (Legal Intern) position at Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board?
The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) is looking for a Law Clerk to directly assist its Market Regulation department (legal team). If hired, you will assist the MSRB’s legal staff in crafting the rules that regulate the municipal securities market, as well as developing interpretive guidance and compliance and educational resources to assist regulated entities in understanding and complying with those rules. You will also assist with other legal projects related to research, legislative developments, preparing memoranda, enforcement action summaries and participating in calls with regulators, all with the goal of protecting investors and facilitating a fair and efficient municipal securities market. This is a paid internship with compensation of $40.00 per hour.
