HOURS: Monday-Friday 8am-3pm

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years old. Previous experience working with children in a camp or educational setting is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable personality. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
GENERAL DEFINTION: The Norristown Department of Recreation is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to serve as Camp Counselors to join our team for the upcoming camp season. As a Camp Counselor, you will be responsible for supervising campers, leading activities, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and enriching camp experience for all participants.
