What You’ll Do:
*Assess soil and turf conditions for residential and commercial properties.
*Develop and recommend customized fertilization and weed control plans.
*Analyze data to provide expert advice on improving turf health and quality.
*Collaborate with the turf management team to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
*Serve as a consultative sales expert, offering personalized solutions and addressing client needs.
*Monitor and evaluate the results of turf management strategies and adjust as needed.
*Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to offer cutting-edge solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
*Expertise in turf management, including fertilization, weed control, and soil health.
*Strong analytical skills to interpret data and create effective treatment plans.
*Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach to sales.
*Ability to work collaboratively with clients and the turf management team.
*Degree in Agronomy, Turf Management, Horticulture, or a related field is a plus.
