What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Crew Leader position at Pro turf lawn management?

Job Responsibilities include running a crew of 2-3 employees; mowing and trimming with stand-on and zero turn mowers; shrub trimming; mulching; all lawn maintenance; and customer service. Daily activities include coordinating routes, loading all tools, equipment and materials needed for the day, overseeing mowing and maintenance crew, and cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipment used.
Must have extensive experience with zero-turn mowers and weed eaters. Skid steer experience preferred but not required. Must be able to speak with customers and handle questions and issues. Strong organizational and communication skills required. Must have a valid drivers license.
Pay based on experience with possible raise after first 30 days dependent upon quality and performance.
