What You'll Do:
An Assistant Production Superintendent is a pro-active and self-motivated individual who provides leadership to ensure smooth operations. You will play a crucial role in upholding the productivity goals of the company by enforcing processes, rules, and standards set in place to encourage accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all production schedules. You will lead the team and processes as well as meeting production and quality goals. You will ensure safety protocols are being followed diligently. Exceptional organizational abilities, professional demeanor, and willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing industry will be crucial to your success in this position!
What We're Looking For:
*Dependability-Must be reliable and committed to showing up on time everyday.
*Education and Experience-Previous leadership experience required. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
*Driving Skills-Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
*Communication-Good English skills(reading and writing) and ability to communicate with your team and customers.
*Work Ethic-Passion for methodical, high quality work and a strong desire to lead a team.
*Flexibility-Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and be available for extended hours during peak seasons.
Physical Demands:
*Lift up to 50 pounds and handle environmental risks such as bees and thorns.
*Work in all weather conditions, with flexibility to work up to 65 hours per week, including weekends, during peak seasons.
