Key Responsibilities:
- High Completion Rate: Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and on time, maintaining a high rate of job completion each day.
- Customer Focus: Make sure no customer is missed and all tasks are delivered punctually, providing excellent customer service.
- Early Start: Start your day at 6:00 AM and work until the job is done, ensuring all responsibilities are met.
- Physical Tasks: Lift and carry at least 50lbs, working in all weather conditions (sun, rain, heat, cold).
Core Duties:
- Get Your Hands Dirty: Plant, water, and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Keep It Green: Mow, edge, and maintain lawns, gardens, and other green spaces.
- Stay Hydrated: Install and maintain irrigation systems.
- Build Cool Stuff: Help construct patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Clean Up: Remove debris, weeds, and dead plants.
- Use the Gear: Operate and maintain landscaping equipment like mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Team Up: Work with your crew to complete projects efficiently.
- Be a Hero: Provide excellent customer service and make our clients happy.
- Other duties as assigned

What You Need:
- High School Diploma: Or equivalent.
- Experience: Landscaping or related field is a plus but not required.
- Tools Knowledge: Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment safely.
- Physical Stamina: Perform strenuous tasks.
- Communication Skills: Good communication and a team player attitude.
- Plant Knowledge: Basic knowledge of plants and gardening is helpful.
- Driving: Must have a clean driving record, be at least 18 years old (21 preferred), and able to pass a drug test.
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Outdoor Work: Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Mobility: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
