We are seeking a Construction Estimating & Project Coordinator to join our team. Whether you’re experienced in the field or looking to expand your technical skills, this role offers excellent growth potential with pathways to sales, estimating leadership, or project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bid preparation, including quantity takeoffs, documentation, and communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage bid opportunities and provide accurate information.
- Support project managers with contract reviews, submittals, and permit applications.
- Identify and implement solutions to challenges encountered during the bidding, design, and project management process.
- Draft plans for tennis courts, pickleball courts, and other unique recreational spaces.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, and client communications.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, Technical diploma, or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
- Previous experience in construction or general contracting is preferred but not required.
