- Manage heavy equipment, including skid loaders, graders, and compactors.
- Collaborate with the paving crew to ensure seamless transitions and minimize downtime.
- Identify and resolve grading issues to prevent paving delays.
- Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and efficiency.
- Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
- Oversee proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Communicate professionally with customers during all phases of the project.
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed by all crew members.
