As the administrative lead for CRNA staff within the anesthesia department, this role will be responsible for providing functional leadership and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing scheduling, job training, and competencies for CRNA staff
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Identifying education and professional development opportunities for CRNA staff
- Implementing continuous improvement in clinical and operational processes
- Providing coaching and mentoring to colleagues to enhance their performance
