Full Time Experienced Dental Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic high-tech dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain aseptic technique and infection control protocols throughout all procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for dental procedures.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
- Operate 3D scanners for imaging when required.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within a dental practice.
- Familiarity with infection control standards and aseptic techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and technologies in dentistry.
- Certification in Dental Assisting is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
