Job Responsibilities

- Manage and organize emails and correspondence, responding to inquiries as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct online research and gather necessary data or information for projects.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update client databases and contact lists.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks and manage invoices or expense reports.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist in social media management by creating and scheduling posts.
- Monitor and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Perform other administrative tasks such as data entry and file management.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Flexibility to adapt to new tasks and technologies quickly
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems
- Experience with scheduling and calendar management
- Availability to work during specified business hours or time zones as required
