We are looking for a driven and passionate IT Project Manager with experience in Scaled Agile execution (Scrum / Kanban concepts)
In this role you will collaborate closely with the Data Strategy, Business Applications, and Reporting teams to deliver solutions that enhance business operations and drive success.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a deep understanding of the relationships between Information Technology applications and their respective business stakeholders.
- Engage with business stakeholders and interface with multiple departments across end-user communities to ensure accurate and complete requirements are shared with the development teams.
- Manage the day-to-day development activities such as assigned project work, defect and bug management, and support of ongoing business processes.
- Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, program increment planning, and retrospectives.
- Maintain the backlog and prioritize work items according to the business value and stakeholder feedback.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s performance, progress, and productivity.
- Assist in strategic development, execution, management, and break down of defined work.
- Additional duties as assigned.
