We’re looking for a driven, phone-savvy BDC agent to join our growing team. Your primary focus will be outbound calls to service customers, internet leads, and private vehicle owners — encouraging them to sell or trade in their vehicle with us.
Phone communication skills are a MUST
Experience with Automotive Mastermind is a plus

What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to service customers and leads
- Generate vehicle acquisition opportunities through conversations
- Log all communication and follow-ups in our CRM
- Help increase dealership inventory through direct customer engagement
- Represent BORO Nissan’s values of professionalism, urgency, and care
