About the Role.
The Director of Product Marketing will drive go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and sales enablement for our healthcare SaaS solutions. This role will be instrumental in refining messaging, equipping sales with the tools needed to succeed, and ensuring our products stand out in a competitive market.
As part of a growing team, this role will work cross-functionally to translate product capabilities into impactful customer-facing narratives. It will also help formalize and scale product marketing efforts, making this a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging to resonate with target audiences.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches and feature rollouts.
- Create sales enablement materials and collaborate with teams to ensure alignment.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to optimize customer engagement.
- Track and measure the impact of product marketing initiatives and adjust as needed.

- Proven success in go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Strong ability to translate complex product features into compelling customer benefits
- Experience developing sales enablement tools and supporting revenue growth.
