Murphy Appraisal Services (Downtown New Orleans office) is looking to hire a Research Analyst for our commercial division. The new hire will begin his/her commercial appraisal career working directly with the General State Certified appraisers in our firm doing property research, field inspections and data analytics while simultaneously learning the fundamental skills to write an appraisal. This initial period will also be spent attaining the educational hours to become a registered appraiser trainee. Career growth into a senior staff appraiser is the goal and typical trajectory of this position.

- 4-year College Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office (primarily Word and Excel)

- Must have a vehicle and be willing to do field work
