Senior Marketing & Branding Manager Location: Hybrid / Clearwater
Murphy Business Sales (MBS) is one of the largest and most successful business brokerage firms in North America. We specialize in the sale of privately held businesses, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, equipment appraisals, commercial real estate, and business consulting.
We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Branding Manager to lead the execution of our marketing initiatives with a strong focus on lead generation, branding, and franchise development marketing. This role requires someone who is just as comfortable developing strategy as they are creating marketing materials and executing campaigns. You’ll be our go-to for turning marketing ideas into actionable, effective campaigns—and for laying the groundwork to grow the function as our needs expand.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, with an emphasis on lead generation and brand visibility.
· Design and manage marketing campaigns from concept through execution, including creation of visual assets and copywriting when needed.
· Execute digital marketing activities including SEO, paid advertising, email campaigns, social media, and content development.
· Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and tone.
· Create and manage website content updates, landing pages, marketing collateral, and branded templates.
· Collaborate with internal teams to support franchise development and sales initiatives through effective marketing support.
· Monitor and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools; adjust strategies as needed.
· Support CRM and marketing automation efforts to nurture and convert leads.
· Conduct competitive research and stay informed on marketing trends relevant to business brokerage and franchising.
· Manage relationships with outside vendors and freelance partners as necessary.
Qualifications
· 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or franchise-related environment.
· Proven experience designing and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable lead generation.
· Strong skills in digital marketing channels: SEO, paid search/social, email, and content.
· Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
· Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
· Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
